There is no formal interview of any sort for anyone new or old looking to join us just a few commandments to obey upon being accepted which are as follows;

I. You should have read the game rules properly and own a discord account.
II. You should have basic understanding of game mechanics and dynamics.
III. You should be active and available whenever it is required of you.
IV. You should know the importance of effective communication and that ghosting discord pings will deem an immediate removal from the alliance. 
V. You should be polite, respectful and maintain a team-oriented mindset.
VI. You should be ready to accept government/staff duty within 100 days of joining.
VII. You should be mature and willing to accept constructive criticism.
VIII. You should have a solid and acceptable grasp of English. 
IX. You should have your IQ, EQ, AQ, SQ above 90. 
X. You should demonstrate a willingness to learn and continuously improve yourself each day.

If you are okay with these commandments then apply to the alliance in-game followed by joining the discord server, that's all.
