Arrgh is freebooting pirate anarchy vaguely governed by the Captains Council and the Grand Admiralty. It is the only alliance that focuses its economy on war and raiding, giving its member the freedom to engage in conflicts with other nations as much as they want.

Arrgh stands for fun, freedom, and plundering the seven seas.

Requirements: To survive the continuous conflicts, Captains must be active and willing to coordinate with each other.

Treaties: Arrgh is against the very concept of being chained by treaties and, as such, it has none. However, Arrgh is on friendly terms with other alliances, even with those it has gone to war with in the past.

Raiding: All of our Captains are free to raid the nations of their choice. If you want a Captain to stop raiding you or your alliance, negotiate with said Captain directly.

Contracts: Want someone raided, beiged, nuked, or blockaded? Want someone to steal a treasure for you? Want more hands when you go to war? We are pirates for hire!
