UNITED DOGOIST FEDERATION

The Kingdom of the United Dogoist Federation (UDF for short) is a nation full of hope and prosperity. The nation's monarch, King Martin Rangelov, is always open to discussing ideas with fellow country leaders. The Kingdom is fully committed to peace, but in rare cases when necessary, the nation will act in order to protect and serve its alliance and preserve national values and independence.

• The Monarch: In all cases the monarch is a King or a Queen. The title is bound to remain in particular family currently the "Rangelov" and after one Monarch's death, his eldest child takes his place. If the Monarch doesn't have a child, the title goes back up a generation and so on. The Monarch powers are limited, due to the Constitution, however if decided upon in extreme crises, he can dissolve the branches of government with the support of The High Court and take absolute control over the government. The Monarch has the power to impeach High Court judges and also retains the right to temporarily dissolve the High Court if deemed necessary. There is no term for the Monarch as he isn't elected. The Monarch has the option to abdicate if that's his will, but in general the title sticks with the Monarch till death.
   
• High Court: The High Court consists of 3 members. They are hand-picked by the Monarch. They are responsible for reviewing proposed bills, either approving them and turning them into government acts or vetoing them and sending them to the National Council for a final decision. The High Court has the authority to advise both the Supreme Court and the National Council. Additionally, with a unanimous decision from all 3 judges, it holds the power to dissolve the Supreme Court and the National Assembly if the situation calls for such action. The High Court can legally review and decide any court case, especially those threatening the existence of the UDF and high-profile cases [high ranking government officials, diplomats, etc.] Judges of the High Court do not have a fixed term and may resign at any time.
   
• Supreme Court: The Supreme Court consists of 7 members. In order to become a Supreme Court Judge, one needs to obtain at least a 2/3 approval in an Assembly. Their powers grants them the right to write and change the UDF's Constitution with a 2/3 vote in the Assembly and in the National Council, The High Court can halt these changes if deemed necessary. The Supreme Court is the highest court of appeal and decides cases that have significant legal or social implications. The Supreme Court term per judge is limited to 8 years, they may serve for 2 terms, giving them a maximum of 16 years.
   
• National Council: The National Council is consisted of 13 members of the Federation. The National Council members are usually appointed after a combined election with the National Assembly's elections. The National Council can be tasked with monitoring and reviewing the actions of the government to ensure that they are in line with the goals of the UDF and the will of the people. This would involve regular reports and analysis of government actions, as well as recommendations for improvements or changes as needed. If the High Court vetoes a proposed bill, the National Council holds the authority to make the final decision on whether to implement or discard it. The National Council's term is limited to 4 years, they may serve for 3 terms, giving them a maximum of 12 years.
   
• Prime Minister: The Prime Minister is a member of a political party in the Assembly, chosen by the public in an election. The Prime Minister's powers extend from forming a cabinet to signing Assembly's proposal bills that will be sent to the High Court for review and consultations with the Monarch to discuss the economic, foreign and political state of the nation. Generally, the Prime Minister's term is limited to 4 years, but may serve an unlimited number of terms.
   
• National Assembly: The National Assembly consists of 210 MAs [Members of the Assembly]. They represent political parties or are independents, in both cases, they are elected by the people. They have the authority to propose, debate, and vote on bills to benefit the people and the nation's economy. If necessary, the National Assembly may call for a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister. If the motion passes with a 2/3 majority, the Monarch has the right to remove the Prime Minister before the end of their term. Members of the Assembly do not have a fixed term, as they are determined by their respective parties and votes based on the proportional electoral system.

  -Accepted in the Ministry of Unity as Junior Peacemaker in The Admissions Team on December 29th, 2022.
  -Promoted to Peacemaker and joined The Academy Team on May 1st, 2023.
  -Promoted to Peace Engineer of Admissions on July 13th, 2023.
  -Moved from The Armed Peacekeepers to The Fighting Pacifists on August 17th, 2023.
  -Resigned as Peace Engineer of Admission on April 9th, 2024.

      2. War Procedures

The procedure for declaring war is simple. The Monarch makes the decision and then informs the Prime Minister. The Monarch then organizes an urgent assembly meeting to inform them of the decision. The Monarch's secretary then notifies the DBC [Dogoist Broadcasting Corporation] and an emergency broadcast is broadcasted to the nation. In the meanwhile the Ministry of Defense activates the war protocols for a state of war. The Monarch may declare war at their sole discretion, in accordance of Article 7, Section 2 of the Constitution.
