UNITED DOGOIST FEDERATION

The Kingdom of the United Dogoist Federation (UDF for short) is a nation full of hope and prosperity. The nation's monarch, King Martin Rangelov, is always open to discussing ideas with fellow country leaders. The Kingdom is fully committed to peace, but in rare cases when necessary, the nation will act in order to protect and serve its alliance and preserve national values and independence.

• The Monarch: In all cases the monarch is a King or a Queen. The title is bound to remain in particular family currently the "Rangelov" and after one Monarch's death, his eldest child takes his place. If the Monarch doesn't have a child, the title goes back up a generation and so on. The Monarch powers are limited, due to the constitution. He is required by constitution to be politically neutral. There is no term, the Monarch has the option to abdicate if that's his will, but in general the title sticks with the Monarch till death.
   
• High Court: The High Court consists of 3 members. The High Court is refered as the "King's Lawmakers" as they are hand-picked by the Monarch. The High Court has the power to give advice to the Supreme Court and the National Council, as well as to dissolve the Supreme Court and the Assembly with a unanimous decision from all three judges if the situation calls for it. The High Court can legally review and decide any court case, especially those threatening the existence of the UDF and high-profile cases [High ranking government officials, diplomats, etc.]. The High Court term per judge isn't limited and the members have the right to leave at any time. However, the judges can be impeached by the King with a valid reason and the Court can be suspended for a set period of time by the King with a valid reason.
   
• Supreme Court: The Supreme Court consists of 7 members. In order to become a Supreme Court Judge, one needs to obtain at least a 2/3 approval in an Assembly. Their powers grants them the right to write and change the UDF Constitution with a 2/3 vote in the Assembly and in the National Council, The High Court can halt these changes if deemed necessary. The Supreme Court is the highest court of appeal and decides cases that have significant legal or societal implications. The Supreme Court term per judge is limited to 8 years.
   
• National Council: The National Council is consisted of 13 members of the Federation. The National Council members are usually appointed after a special election by people after a proposal by The High Court or The Monarch. That special election is held a week after a National Council Member leaves or is voted out of office by the people or the Monarch. The National Council can be tasked with monitoring and reviewing the actions of the government to ensure that they are in line with the goals of the UDF and the will of the people. This would involve regular reports and analysis of government actions, as well as recommendations for improvements or changes as needed. The National Council's term is limited to 4 years, but can be increased to 8 years for specific members if that's the public's will.
   
• Prime Minister: The Prime Minister is a member of a political party in the Assembly, chosen by the public in a democratic vote. The Prime Minister's powers extend from forming a cabinet to signing Assembly's proposal bills and consultations with the Monarch to discuss the economic, foreign and political state of the nation. The Prime Minister's term is limited to 4 years.
   
• National Assembly: The National Assembly is consisted of 210 MA's [Members of the Assembly]. They represent a specific political party which is voted in power by the people. They have the right to pass and vote on bills in order to help the people and the nation's economy. If necessary order a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister and if it passes with a 2/3 majority, the Monarch has the right to remove a Prime Minister before his term ends. They don't have an official term, as their parties decide for how long they stay.

  -Accepted in the Ministry of Unity as Junior Peacemaker in The Admissions Team on December 29th, 2022.
  -Promoted to Peacemaker and joined The Academy Team on May 1st, 2023.
  -Promoted to Peace Engineer of Admissions on July 13th, 2023.
  -Moved from The Armed Peacekeepers to The Fighting Pacifists on August 17th, 2023.
  -Resigned from Government Positions on April 9th, 2024.

      2. War Procedures

The procedure for declaring war is simple. The monarch makes the decision and then informs the Prime Minister, who organizes an urgent assembly meeting to inform them of the decision. The King's secretary then notifies the NBC [National Broadcasting Company] and an emergency broadcast is provided to the nation. In the meanwhile the Ministry of Defense is notified by the King himself and the Minister of Defense activates war protocols for a state of war. These protocols are confidential. The monarch can declare war without permission from anyone in the government, as stated in the Constitution.

Currently the United Dogoist Federation is not participating in any major conflict happening in Orbis.
