[Victoria, Mulhouse] - After a long wait for a Melonese counterattack, the high intelligence is convinced that this long wait is to train the Melonese troops so they can hit hard in the counteroffensive so the Victorian Grand Army decided to strike multiple points in the east. Victorian troops blitzed through the harsh conditions with trained mountaineers and the help of air cavalry in order to move in type of these terrain. The Victorian soldiers quickly captured Annecy with heavy sieging, Sallanches with quick mountaineers, Albertville with 10 days of siege, and Chamonix shortly after Sallanches fell to the Victorians. Continuous air bombardment progresses as Victorian CA-47A Stormprey jets bomb enemy logistics and nearby military base camps with destructive type missiles. It is seen that Victoria started using neutron shells especially with artillery and other missile armaments attached to vehicles or aircraft. Over 1500 Victorian soldiers are marching to reach Chambery and Grenoble before the month of May arrives.

There are no signs of Victorian surrendering with the Republic of Donbass' intervention in the war activating series of MDP and an MDoaP with the Greater Sedrosian Empire. The Republic of Donbass stands with independence and sovereignty so it chose to defend the French Royaume. The Republic of Victoria's president, Richard Mons sees this as the end of Victorian-Soviet relations with Donbass standing against Victoria's unification of France. Victoria orders more of its troops to do several small offensives in the Geneva border in order to reinforce the lines to defend against a Melonese counterattack. General Piedmont planned this offensive to hit a few points in the Victorian advance before several days and so stealth bombers are ordered to bomb bridges and roads.

A storm in Guadeloupe with its poverty rate increasing further as inflation arises in the SARV.

[Straßbourg, Victoria] - The Victorian Senate has established the Special Administrative Regions of Victoria (SARV) with tax free and has their own set of laws with their own provided 'Princep'. These Princeps are the head of state and they act like a president for the Special Administrative Regions. These regions include: Norfolkia, Principality of Guadeloupe, Queendom of Clementine, Principality of Ceuta, Consulate of Jersey, and Point De l'Est. These regions act as independent cities or so called free cities but use Victorian currency. Senate is still voting if the Helvétique République can join the special administrative or remain under Victorian sphere of influence or satellite until the state is unified with the east. The SARV states can send elected representatives in the national assembly and in the senate. They have their own laws imposed by their respective Princeps and contribute to the Victorian economic sector by services and not by resources or taxes. The Victorian military can still be present in the region but they can also have their own army with a maximum cap of 50,000 soldiers. These decisions are part of Victoria's decolonisation status and the government claim does not colonise pieces of rocks around Orbis just to get its resources since Victoria already has a lot in Victorian Oceania. President Mons stated that 'it is another step of decolonisation and of course no one would believe us except our trusted allies and we don't mind that anymore because their opinion doesn't really matter in the state of Victoria, if Victorians know how their nation works'. The poverty rate in the Principality of Guadeloupe has severely increased after a storm has struck their key cities in and ports, destroying the efficiency of their trading capabilities. The recent implementation of Victoria's SARV bill has improved the overall living conditions in Guadeloupe even with Vincens Renaud sending over 50M OBD worth of aid in the SARV to rebuild its damaged beachside homes. Vincens also provided 40M OBD worth of food as a humanitarian mission in order to feed the hungry children in the region.
