Donbass Officials have reached out towards the FSSR, The Holy Golden Empire, Italy, Vesla, and the Eastern European Federation. For now the Republic of Donbass will be “neutral” for any near future conflicts. We hope to establish peaceful relations with other countries around Orbis soon enough as well. 

The Republic of Donbass has a few government officials who were able to survive the eradication of the Soviet Federation through the use of Bunkers. The RoD is pretty much the remnants of the Soviet Federation, albeit the more democratic portions of the Federation.
