United Republic of Harmonia, or simply known as Harmonia, is an international, imperialist empire that are at war against groups of "non-democracies" players in order to destroying opponent's nation throughout the raiding and war process.

Harmonia's government is structured as a Progressive Democracy, a political framework that emphasizes public representation while ensuring centralized control through "rational oversight." This system allows for flexible governance and enables the state to pursue imperial ambitions without overtly antagonizing other players in community.

Economically, Harmonia embraces a left-leaning approach that prioritizes rapid industrialization and resource accumulation. Its strategy of "reallocation of resources" underpins much of its military engagements, targeting weaker or inactive nations to bolster domestic wealth and infrastructure. Militarily, the Harmonia Peacekeeping Corps serves as its enforcement arm, operating under the guise of promoting global stability and liberating oppressed peoples. This doctrine, humorously but aptly summarized as "Liberation and Reallocation," is central to its foreign policy.

Every year, Harmonia celebrates on March 24th Harmony Day, which is a celebration dedicated to the founding of Harmonia.
