Government & Politics in Vulcanities 

Only a senate and a President no house of representatives. 

113 districts that each have one senator.

Multiple parties are required

Parties may only have 3 lobbyists

Each Party must have a Lead Senator who leads and manages them

Parties with less than five senators are put in the minority party

Parties can pass only as many pieces of legislation as they have senators.

Legislation, once approved by party vote, is automatically accepted two months later

Legislation can be vetoed by parties other than the one who made it with a 45/113 senator vote required for a veto

Executive branch serves a more figurehead- like position but manages foreign relations, military affairs, and budget. 

Senators, once elected, serve for life or until retirement.

President serves for life or until retirement. 

Senators or the President can be kicked out with a 75% or more senate vote. 

The president does have a responsibility to uphold anything passed down by the supreme court however, the senate operates on judicial review alone. 

The constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and it must be upheld at all costs. Anything that the supreme court deemed under violation of constitutional legislation must be held.
