If you need jurisdiction on why my shis were there, they were stationed to at one point help New Bermudas (alongside 2,000 GLI members) but have thus been going against the Bermudans.

Spot on. I don’t think Raritania can “officially expel” people on his own with 3 people backing him when there’s at least a few dozen nations in RP.
