The Second Battle of the Baltic Sea: War Updates from Victorian Perspective.

[Principality of Hanover, Hanover] - As the 2nd Victorian Carrier Strike Force 'Victorienne' relocated in Baltic Sea to further help T.U.I. naval efforts in the region and impose a naval dominance in the area, a sudden pulse of electromagnetic waves (EMP) are released in the fleet of allied ships by the Soviet fleet. The ships were immobilised and cannot move while the Soviet fleet attacks so they resulted into using their non-electric weaponry such as man-operated small naval cannons and machine guns during the Soviet ambush. The Soviets however, managed to destroy a T.U.I. carrier in the fleet and Victorian crews of the HMVS Sabine immediately went to evacuate crews from the sinking carrier to the Victorian ship. Shortly, the ships are able to move again and fired against the Soviet navy but only managing to do a little damage as the Victorian fleet begins to flee with HMVS Hazel still intact but HMVS Sauveterre is heavily damaged and to be fixed in Lowestoft, Kingdom of England.
The battle left other Victorians determined to be alert against Soviet ambushes on enemy territorial waters as it is to be expected and the utilisation of former British assets in the Kingdom of England and the Free City of Stockholm. CA-47ASs have managed to hit some Soviet ships critically and managed to bring a Soviet ship to a critical condition that it is unable to maneuver fast and fight back accurately against the allied fleet. The Victorians managed to bring 25k T.U.I. crew members from the battle and into the HMVS Sabine and HMVS Ilbert and docked at Hull, Kingdom of England. The battle made the Victorians rethink of a strategy and still avoids the use of neutron shells in engagements instead, the increase of radar readiness and the accurate firing of cruise missiles and air dominance in the battles. The Victorian Royal Air Force will increase its presence in Kingdom of England's territorial waters and ignore the warnings imposed by European Federation as Victorian aircraft never flew in EF airspace or used aircraft during the first battle of the Baltic Sea. The Victorian administration has decided to declare European Federation a terrorist state of Victoria as they threatened to shoot down Victorian aircraft entering their airspace which never did at all and plans to deescalate this situation by President Mons.
The Victorian administration still refuses to support land incursions into Soviet territory and efforts of the Raritarian army as Victoria only focuses on naval and air tactics and mostly on Defence doctrine currently in the war. The Victorians hold much of the world and decided to increase its presence in West Africa where Soviet and T.U.I. engagements are also happening by sending the 1st Victorian Carrier Strike Force 'Oceania'.
The Victorian Commonwealth's Response to the Communist Revolution in Valoriana

[Cape Town, Nexiren] - As a Communist revolution breaks out in Valoriana, the Republic of Victoria, leader of the Victorian Commonwealth gathered a mass of peacekeepers from other member states to intervene and install a democratic government in the country. President Mons expressed that the communist revolution might spread throughout Western Europe, notably the Republic of Uchama. The 1st Victorian Peacekeeping Division 'Uphold' is prepared by the Victorian Commonwealth but mostly Victorian soldiers are in the division. The peacekeepers are tasked to hold peace in the nation and wait until the 1st Victorian Expeditionary Force 'Democracy' commences Operation Liberty in the country to install a democratic government in Valoriana. President Mons even argued that there should be a large presence of Victorian military in Valoriana or near Valoriana to avoid further revolutions in the country.
This democratic intervention will be lead by Victoria and asks other Victorian Commonwealth member states: Pizzaflheim, Vilania, La Plata, MLU, and Threse as the Nexiren government refuses to send troops due to good conscience and let the people have their own rights for their country. Richard Mons acknowledged this statement and took matters into his own hands. The Victorian administration also asks the Dutch Republic and Prussia for their airspace so that Victorian troops can safely enter Valoriana or bomb enemy logistics in order for a fast operation to happen. 5 BWT-5 PSO tanks are also to be taken in this intervention with 8 Hawk PMVs and 4 MRAPs as Victoria begins to be resourceful entering 2 wars at the same time. The Republic of Areulia surprisingly joined efforts in this war by also sending peacekeepers in the country with Victorian peacekeepers as the two nations have common in hating Communist revolutions. while the Dutch government approved Victoria with airspace, Victorian stealth bombers will begin to bomb key logistics in the country but avoid civilian damages and government harm before the peacekeepers arrive. The Dutch government also sent the 2e Pantserdivisie (2nd Panzer Division) stationed in Luxembourg and it is moving to the border with Valoriana to prepare for the intervention.

[VCT, Canbére] - Trains are a crucial part of transportation throughout Victoria with its bustling streets and busy people walking for their workplaces. Cities of the most traffic indexes of 2098 in Victoria are: Sidnie, Canbére, Melborne, and Perfe. These cities are mostly hubs of trading and large cities of Victoria with Brisbane and Adelaide still doing efforts of decreasing unemployment to contribute in the economic sector of the country. Engineer MacLaine Auclair has proposed a subway plan for Canberra in order to speed up and improve traffic conditions in the city to the Mayor of Canbére, Christophe Paul. Mayor Paul approved of this project and sent this to the Victorian government as well as receiving a fund of 5B in the project. The railways and the map showed by Auclair presented 3 subway rings and an efficient railway system to decrease interval time of trains.
Auclair also wanted to use high tech trains such as bullet trains made by Brisbane Machinery & Electronics (BME) in Sidnie for the Sidnie Subway System (SSS) and it turned out great for the city. Canbére is one of the biggest cities in the world as 20,000 cars are driving in the city everyday with abundance of taxis and other commercial vehicles such as trucks, maintenance vehicles, and government vehicles. The government fully supported this idea in order to improve Victoria's infrastructure and set the stage for Victoria's greatness in tech in Orbis.
