Hallo :)
First off, sorry for not making a bulletin sooner, I've been swamped with a few issues.
As Olysten is leaving RP (thank heavens), I'm going to be voiding the nuclear attack. With that said, let's begin the bulletin.
Britain has reclaimed the following islands; The Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands. Half of the 2nd reinforcement fleet, stationed in Colombia, has been moved to patrol the islands. Shipments of humanitarian aid and the Royal Navy’s hospital ship were quick to respond to the islands and have been stationed there indefinitely.
Additionally, the following lands have been claimed by Westminster;
. Ethiopia
. Djibouti
. Tanzania
. Malawi
If the previous owners become active, my claim will be voided. Pendragon has also reaffirmed his commitment to Hannover, stating it will remain under British protection and will be British land.
Westminster has declared war on the Turkish insurgents. To combat their threat to our close allies, we will be sending the Mediterranean Fleet and part of the Marines fleet to our base in Crete. Around 80 assorted aircraft will regularly depart from crete and launch strikes on the enemy insurgents. Furthermore, 50,000 soldiers with 400 Armoured vehicles will be stationed in Turkey to engage the rebels. If the rebels continue to spread, the MoD is prepared to send around 250,000 personel and 300 aircraft to crush the insurgents and restore peace.
Using the National Development Fund, Westminster has announced a series of revolutionary megaprojects. The aim of these are to lower Britain’s reliance on its empire as financial support. It will also lower our dependence on the mining and oil industry. The total price of the several megaprojects is expected to exceed up to six hundred billion pounds. The Office for National Statistics expects the megaprojects to grow the British economy by 35% in the first three years and create over five million jobs. The majority of the projects were planned to serve the large swathes of new residents to the British Empire’s urban areas. Global warming refugees are consistently leaving their homes in deserts and dwellings below sea level, fleeing from war or political violence or simply just seeking a more prosperous and more fulfilling life. The British Empire sees around eight million migrants and immigrants per year, due to new inviting government policies and the need for cheap labour in the Empire. The British army reserves to right to flatten any “copycat” projects in other countries, using nuclear weapons.
A ceremony for the announcements was held in major British cities including, London, Lagos, Hannover, Kinshasa, Dubai, Georgetown, Bogota, Birmingham and Manchester. The primary celebrations were hosted in the Empire’s capital, London. The London celebrations were hosted in Hyde Park. The ceremony began with a military parade, consisting of over five hundred personnel and thirty armoured vehicles, who marched through Hyde Park, past Buckingham Palace and subsequently ended at Westminster Abbey. Meanwhile, a procession of RAF aircraft stunned visitors by conducting a flyover across England, taking off at Newcastle, passing the largest cities in the country, flying above Hyde Park and landing at RAF Lakenheath; the flyby was comprised of over fifty combat aircraft. Following the military parade, a spectacular drone light show took place above Hyde Park at 7pm. They were choreographed to a mashup of some of the most recognisable British songs including Shape Of You (Ed Sheeran), Yellow (coldplay), Rolling in the deep (adele), Bohemian rhapsody (queen), Tiny Dancer (Elton John) and Chocolate (the 1975). The drones depicted multiple images including the Union Jack, Big Ben, British cultural icons (the Beetles, Shakespeare etc.) and a Rainbow pride flag to reflect London’s diversity. Following the show, multiple important figures from Britain, including the PM and the aging Jude Bellingham announced the following megaprojects taking place across the empire. Two megaprojects will be announced every week.
The 1st project:
New Manhattan
To facilitate the migration of American companies and their population, a significant amount of the project funds will be spent on 'New Manhattan'. The high-rise complex will be erected in Fulham and will feature over a hundred recognisable buildings from New York. Famous landmarks in the demolition area, like Fulham Palace for example, will be preserved and the complex will be built around it to preserve the area's history. Hundreds of American artefacts liberated from the Eastern Seaboard will be housed here (which we stole in the invasion of Beanstopia). The Statue of Liberty will be erected on a man-made island in the centre of the Thames and two New York bridges will traverse the Thames: one will link the New Manhattan train line to South London and the second will fit pedestrian and car traffic. Additionally, a dock will be excavated on the riverbank of Fulham for the American Naval Museum, housing more than 10 original and historic American vessels. Multiple NYC landmarks will be built, albeit on a smaller scale. It is estimated that each landmark will be about 30% smaller but exceptions have been made. For example, the Empire State Building will be around 236 in height. It aims to bring the ‘Big Apple’ back to life, with New York-inspired architecture and retail outlets. According to a recent survey over 80% of Britons look forward to the creation bringing its “New York flair to British charm”.Over 350,000 apartments and houses will be created and a multitude of office and retail spaces will be constructed. Spanning over a staggering 6.5 KM squared, the total cost will amass to 56 billion Pounds.
The docks will house the following:
Submarine USS Growler
Wavertree
Nash tugboat

Cruiser Olympia

You never invaded me so I’m voiding that
Yes I did. Ji and sedrosia (I think) invaded you, I hopped on the bandwagon and did the same. I think it was like a month after you created your nation or something
You know if you can void a legitimate nuclear strike with valid casus belli I see no reason why Raritania cannot void an invasion with legitimate casus belli.
Every time I’m reminded the Falklands are British, I feel like I’m getting stabbed through the heart
Britain
I only fought 1 war with JI
That was the Sino-Soviet war, fought in China
I fought only 1 war with you and it was entirely confined to the south atlantic
I never even fought Sedro once
Omg I'm gonna have to go through like 12 pages of bulletins now to find it
Revelations 20:4
Unbelievably Scummy
I'm currently in talks about the use of nuclear weapons.
