Victory: The United Imperium and the Coalition have Capitulated Rimskaya

As the eyes of the world have fallen upon the American people and the peoples of all nations of the great Coalition, they see that finally, unity has been achieved on the North American continent. It took the greatest coalition ever assembled in the history of Orbis rp, with The United Imperium joining forces with Nukeya, Nova Cyberia, Americana Dominion, Zullimistan, New Pacifica, Legio, Beanstopia, Dauchhian Private Entities, Cruzeiro, AFR, HME, and many other nations to liberate the lands of Florida from Communist hands. A veritable war to end all wars, and yet one which was fought with honor and dignity on both ends.

Of course, respect must be given to Rimskaya. They fought well. In the face of insurmountable odds, they mounted a valiant defense. They did what they could, with what they had, where they were, and that demands a certain level of appreciation from all parties involved. 

But it wasn't enough. It could have never been enough. After all, a coalition of this size has never been assembled in the history of Orbis rp. We may never see anything like it ever again. Ultimately, the overwhelming force of the coalition, in its immense airpower, seapower, and spacepower, technological superiority, and numerical advantage, would see to it that Florida was liberated in one way or another. And for a while, as the missiles rained down on their infrastructure, and as their trade got cut off by the blockade, it looked like that method of overwhelming force would be the one the coalition used through the course of this war.

As Pensacola was returned to Coalition hands, and as Contingent Juliet marched on Jacksonville, they began to slowly realize the inevitability of their position. And so they did the honorable thing. They chose to end the suffering and loss of life, and ceded Florida to the United Imperium. In doing this, The United Imperium has reunited the Continental United States, and once more reaffirms its status as the true successor to the greatest Union of them all.

In other news, the United Imperium has recently purchased tacts of land in North Sumatra and the Maldives for the purpose of developing FOBs for military purposes in order to support its allies in the region.

Out of RP Notes: Rimskaya has requested that they be removed from the annals of history in the rp. It is the least we can do, so we will grant this wish, but we do need to have an official end of the saga in rp, hence this bulletin. This bulletin will be deleted in one week. Henceforth, from this point onward, we will not recognize that Rimskaya was ever in Florida. It was (and always has been) the territory of the United Imperium now.
