The fifth Iraqi Republic is the nation that rose from the ashes of chaos during the period of utter destruction and tyranny in the Land of the Two Rivers. Forged in the furnace of struggle and guided by the steadfast hand of Ali al Shammari, son of the soil and voice of the oppressed. After decades of western imperialism, sectarian strife, and betrayal, a new dawn breaks over the cradle of civilization.

This Republic is not merely a state, but Iraq reborn. Inspired by the true spirit of the First Republic of 1958 and built upon the unshakable foundation of socialism, the Fifth Iraqi Republic pledges itself to the unity of all Iraqis: Arab, Kurd, Turkoman, Assyrian, Shia, Sunni, and Christian. One nation, one people, under the banner of The fifth Iraqi Republic.

Our goal is clear, and that is to complete the shattered dream of pan-Iraqi unity, to expel all enemies of the homeland—foreign or domestic—and to restore dignity to every corner of Mesopotamia. Let the rivers of the Tigris and Euphrates carry the cries of our martyrs and the chants of our revolutionaries to every heart.
