Aureliana is named after the Restitutor Orbis Aurelian and the great stoic Philosopher King Marcus Aurelius.

It is a late-stage Western Roman amalgamation with later Byzantian practices. Its capital “Majorianopolis” was built on the site of the former Constantinople. The country is ruled by its Augustus - Flavius Aetius, who takes his name from the Magister Militum of the West and “Last of the Romans”; a man who should have ruled instead of the degenerate Valentinian III (whose memory is forever damned). 

Religious doctrine preaches that the decline in Rome came from a rejection of Sol - who through Aurelian restored the Empire before being discarded by later heretical rulers. 

On the 20th of April 2021 - the Kingdom of Aureliana joined Legion. Ave Legio.
