Nations of Armed Neutrality (NaN) Founding Treaty

   The nations that sign this pact, The Ajakon Confederacy and the Lunar and Dutch Republics, at this moment, declare a faction of neutrality within the world of Orbis at the signing of this treaty in 2098. This faction will only accept other members if a unique situation happens. The signatory nations will attempt to stay neutral and out of world affairs as much as possible, focusing on economy, technology, and above all, neutrality. 
   The signing nations will have an MDP and a Multilateral Free Trade Agreement, helping each other defend, develop, and support each other whenever needed. The NaN will defend and only defend its own only if they are attacked and will avoid offensive wars. If a member of the NaN declares an offensive war unrelated to a pre-existing MDP or Treaty, they will have their membership suspended or terminated by the members of the NaN.
  The nations that sign this agreement will adopt a ‘Plague on both your houses’ attitude to current and future political situations. Any attack on a NaN member will be quickly dealt with with military force, the members of NaN will repel the invaders first, then destroy their ability to project force. Nukes and WMDs will only be used in the worst-case scenario or final defense. NaN will be a strictly defensive, economic, and technological alliance.
