Many nations are becoming neutral. The Nation of Luna is one of the nations taking neutrality, and in a recent article by the Arcadia Times, It stated "If you want peace, prepare for war". Uchama seems to agree with this statement, and has marked a point of neutrality from this moment on.
The Uchamese Government has stated "Uchama will remain neutral unless deemed necessary". The president of our great Nation, Maurice Compere also said "In order to rebuild our nations economy, Uchama must, stay out of wars.". Uchama is ready for wars, but would not like to participate in them.
With this new neutrality, Uchama will now be officially leaving the United Eastern Coalition (U.E.C), yet Uchama will still side with the UEC in case of war (Uchama will not directly intervene). With tensions rising with the Global Economic Defense Organization (G.E.D.O) and the UEC, just says this is a good choice. With this new neutrality, Uchama also hopes for more trading partners.
