Definitions:
Service Provider - Services are provided by, and customers are contracted with the Sarlington Browsing Corporation Online Network LLC
organized under the laws of Ontario province, Canada, and operating under the laws of The Canadian Federation.

When you read, "We", "Us, "Our" We are referring to the Service Provider as defined above.
Age Requirements - If you are under the age to manage your own SBCON account, you must have your parent(s) or legal guardian's permission to create an SBCON account.
Some SBCON services require additional age approval, either in compliance with regulations regarding child safety on the internet, mostly at thirteen or fourteen years old, or at or over the age of eighteen years old.
Customer/User - A customer/User of the SBCON service is any individual who has agreed to the most recent Terms of Service (Having an SBCON Account)
When you read, "You", "The User,", "Customers", "The Customer" We are referring to the Customer as defined above.
Our Service Expectations
SBCON allows customers to use our services as long as they are in compliance with our terms and service-specific terms, such as age requirements.
You also agree to the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of our services, all user data that SBCON collects on your account can be accessed here:
Comply with The Law
Comply with applicable laws, including export control, sanctions, and human trafficking laws - using the SBCON service to break the law will result in an account termination, and SBCON works with law enforcement agencies to stop unlawful or unethical users from using our service to break the law or harm others.
Respect The Rights of Others
Respect privacy and intellectual property rights, do not use the SBCON service to collect data on other users without their consent.
Don't Use SBCON Services to Harass Users or Encourage Other Users to Commit Crimes
Do not use the SBCON service to harm others or yourself, via harassment, bullying, or encouraging of self-harm - using the SBCON service to harass others will result in an account termination.
Do Not Disrupt The Service
Do Not disrupt or interfere with the service in an unlicensed way, bypass our security measures or defy usage restrictions. SBCON reserves the right to try those suspected of interfering with the service in a court of law.
This can include hacking, phishing, scraping content that doesn't belong to you, DDOS, or other forms of service disruptions.
Failure to comply with SBCON expectations for using our service can result in the termination of a user's SBCON account, indefinite suspension from using the service, and, in severe cases, result in legal action taken against unlawful users who wish to harm SBCON and others through the SBCON service or other means.
Black Listed Content:
SBCON may blacklist content in certain countries, to be in compliance with local law. Additionally, we may blacklist content that we deem as harmful.
What we find harmful, and reserve the right to blacklist from SBCON services:
Encouraging self-harm
Encouraging violence
Videos or descriptions of acts of violence or self harm
Graphic content/gore/violence
Criticizing The Glorious APSA
Videos which break the law or glorify/encourage breaking the law unless that law is tax evasion then it's ok :3
SBCON does not blacklist any other content, except in local cases, than the topics listed above.
Intellectual Rights | UGC:
Your content remains yours, which means that you retain any intellectual property rights that you have in your content. For example, you have intellectual property rights in the creative content you make, such as reviews you write. Or you may have the right to share someone else’s creative content if they’ve given you their permission.
This license covers content made by you if that content is protected by intellectual property rights; The license does not cover feedback and publicly available factual information. Additionally, we protect the property rights of legally licensed plugins and extensions and software that modifies SBCON for consenting individuals (not malware.) SBCON may use this user generated content when it modifies the SBCON software as you agree to give us permission by agreeing to the Terms of Service.
Further regarding software that modifies SBCON:
The license we give you is:
worldwide, which means it’s valid anywhere in the world except for stinky Zukesa
non-exclusive, which means that we can license the software to others
royalty-free, which means there are no monetary fees for this license
personal, which means it doesn’t extend to anyone else
non-assignable, which means you’re not allowed to assign the license to anyone else
Some of our services include software that’s offered under open source license terms that we make available to you. Sometimes there are provisions in the open source license that explicitly override parts of these terms, so please be sure to read those licenses.
Finally, some of our services give you access to content that belongs to other people or organizations — for example, a store owner’s description of their own business, or a crappy Ruddock Media bulletin displayed in SBCON News. You may not use this content without that person or organization’s permission, or as otherwise allowed by law. The views expressed in other people or organizations’ content are theirs, and don’t necessarily reflect SBCON's views.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.

To the extent allowed by the applicable law, we provide our service "as is" without any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, being inclusive to Zukesans, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not make any warranties about our counter or features being fully accurate, reliable, available, or being able to meet your needs.
Liability
These terms only limit our responsibilities as allowed by applicable law. These terms don’t limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
SBCON is liable only for its breaches these terms or applicable service-specific additional terms.
We may be liable for terminating content or accounts if an appeal to the moderation happened within the last 365 day, our moderation action was a mistake, and we did not answer or accept the appeal.
SBCON isn’t liable for:
loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings, colonialist tears
indirect or consequential losses
punitive damages
Obligatory Fees for Businesses or Organizations:
To the extent allowed by applicable law, you’ll indemnify SBCON and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors for any third-party legal proceedings (including actions by government authorities) arising out of or relating to your unlawful use of the services or violation of these terms or service-specific additional terms. This indemnity covers any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgments, fines, litigation costs, and legal fees.
Businesses or Organizations which are legally exempt from certain responsibilities, including indemnification, then those responsibilities won't apply to said business or organization.
Before We Sue You teehee
Before taking action as described below, we’ll provide you with advance notice when reasonably possible, describe the reason for our action, and give you an opportunity to fix the problem, unless doing so would:
cause harm or liability to a user, third party, or SBCON.
violate the law or a legal enforcement authority’s order
compromise an investigation
compromise the operation, integrity, or security of our services
Removing Content and Accounts
If any of your content (1) breaches these terms, service-specific additional terms or policies, (2) violates applicable law, or (3) could harm our users, third parties, or SBCON, then we reserve the right to take down some or all of that content in accordance with applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate/delete SBCON Accounts if you break our Terms of Service, we're required to by law or court order, or if you cause harm or a liability to SBCON. While we only terminate accounts if a violation of our Terms of Service is conducted, or through other means as defined above, we reserve the right to, in regards to SBCON accounts, take various forms of action which may have smaller or large consequences for said accounts; In the cases where the moderation is not as a result of the law or a court order.
If you believe that your content or SBCON account has been banned off the face of the earth as result of an error (it wasn't you BEPIS chugging, dry-eyed, exercise-phobic landwhale), you can appeal the moderation action, and rest assured that your content and or data is safe up to 365 days after the moderation action. (The deletion threshold)
If SBCON cannot un-terminate an account or content before the deletion threshold, in cases where the moderation was an error and the moderation was appealed, we may be legally liable.
