So, fellow nations of Orbis who happen to read these bulletins, and perhaps have had our message lost in the mess of nonsense that occurs on a daily basis, here we are, our words clear to you.
We are, as we commonly phrase,
THE ALLIANCE OF ALLIANCES.
We are not here to terrorize you, nor to direct how you run governments or economies. We are here to give a voice to those who struggle to find one elsewhere. We are ourselves a Democracy, whatever monarchies, oligarchies, or dictators get behind us.
There are plenty of massive factions: Rose, The Knights Radiant, The Syndicate, all promising glory, massive builds, and for you to be part of their empires constantly warring amongst each other.
Ever wonder why it's almost impossible to grow your own food? It's all that nasty radiation they keep knocking about in their wars. Aequitas cannot defeat nuclear warfare, nor can we tell our members to not use it themselves. But perhaps would it be nice if we could grow our own food, rather than buying it off a market controlled by the VERY SAME NATIONS AND ALLIANCES that cause this perpetual nuclear winter? The prices are to their will. This is intolerable.
Speaking of warfare, should we not be concerned that all this raiding, all this nuclear war, is driving off new nations from Orbis? Are we not concerned that we are tabooing new people, new states from joining Orbis because they believe they will just get steamrolled? And why- because they aren't like others, because they don't always have time in their day to watch their state, because they're not rich enough to build a world-class military, or like myself- because they don't have Discord.
Is this what Orbis stands for: forcing out new people from the chance of state-building because in reality it is a barbaric fight for survival?
AEQUITAS SAYS NO TO THAT!
If anyone, be you independent, from a standing alliance, or perhaps the leader of a small or mid-sized one, that is tired of hiding in the shadows, being pummeled and dragged into war by these large overlords, should by chance think it's time for a change, I present to you that very opportunity.
The road is long, the enemies innumerable, the tasks before us unlike any other kind of conventional war. But victory does not come always from physical strength, thirst for blood, or money in the treasury:
It stems the best, from the will to fight, to resist.
Stand with us, my fellow states of the world, whomever you may be, whatever your government or economy may be,

AN ALLIANCE DOES NOT NEED TO MANDATE DISCORD TO THRIVE.
As much as some of you think that we shouldn't be here, there are people who want to play this game and for various reasons are unable to get Discord or other off-game communications platforms. I understand that it's helpful sometimes, and I also understand that leading an alliance without it can be difficult, as I've led alliances prior to this. However, I also know that it's possible to lead an alliance without having it, and for those people who can't get it, it is incredibly difficult when everyone with Discord seems to believe that only those who have it are able to play.
I've seen a lot of this myself, both here in bulletins and in the greater P&W community -- the idea that it is impossible to play without Discord isn't true, and if I have to prove that myself, perhaps alongside my friends and my allies, then I will do all that I can to show that it is truly possible to be a successful player of this game without having to rely on off-game communications. It may be a bit difficult, but not impossible.
I do think that Discord can be helpful, but I don't think mandating all members to have it is a good idea for every single alliance, because it makes it incredibly difficult for people who are unable to have it, and I think that we need to work on making this game more accessible to that group of players.
Its just so much easier to have a discord server, or literally anywhere where everyone can communicate, communication is the foundation of a good alliance
As a player without Discord, I'd say it's absolutely possible to have effective communications within an alliance without it; I will say, though, that it can make it a bit easier to have a Foreign Affairs person who has it, because a lot of alliances only want communication through Discord.

The literally only way to survive orbis is to have mandatory discord your gonna face a huge inactive problem I give it 2 weeks

I remember when it was just Project Demeter. Nova Mundus VS Novaya Rimskaya Imperiya, then it became this.
Indeed I did, and I stand by that.
