Celestis, officially known as the United Cities, is a Sovereign Megacity located within a pocket dimension in the Northern Congo Basin of Central Africa. A constitutional monarchy, Celestis is governed in accordance with two legally binding documents, the 2110 Charter of Celestis, as well as the Edict of Aestra. The first and current monarch is Celestia Ludenberg, officially styled "Celestia The Great".
