Black Acre is a harsh theocratic dictatorship born from the ruin of a collapsed stratocratic order. Isolated deep within the dense, fog-drenched arteries of the Amazon River basin, it is a nation shaped by exile, war, and unwavering zeal. Built upon shattered Zhatanian ideals and fused with fire-forged religious dogma, it stands as a bastion of survivalist militarism, doctrine-bound governance, and industrial brutality.

Governed by the Flame Doctrine, Black Acre treats loyalty as sacred and obedience as law. The Guerilla Corp, masked and flame-marked, enforces control with rifles in hand and scripture on their tongues. Industry thrives under duress — crude oil, lead, and bauxite are extracted with grim efficiency to feed the weapons forges, fuel generators, and repair the ever-growing stockpiles of repurposed vehicles and jet-modified aircraft.

Civilians live in fortified, soot-stained settlements under constant surveillance, granted protection and sustenance in exchange for labor, silence, and ritual compliance. Hospitals are few and harsh, pleasure is rationed, and faith is mandatory. The terrain is treacherous and scarred with trenches, blackened outposts, and chemical-tainted rivers, where jungle rot and flame coalesce.
