La Manchaland is an amusement park and Urban Nightmare-class phenomenon, which started appearing in the Backstreets of District 16 around two monthsIt has been responsible for the disappearance of over dozens of people, with no apparent pattern to how they pick their hostages. It advertises itself as a place in which Bloodfiends and other people can laugh and enjoy the attractions side-by-side. In reality, humans will be attacked on sight, either serving as nutrition or as amusement for the residing Bloodfiends. Despite that, the attractions are still catered to non-Bloodfiend visitors.

From afar music can be heard in an eight-kilometer radius around it, drawing in curious people and turning them into victims once they enter the amusement park. It is suggested, that the music might hold hypnogenic qualities. The structures' raw materials consist of human blood. The structure usually appears around 4pm and stays open for 6 hours; at 10pm it usually disappears again. Thirty minutes prior to closure, exit music will starts playing. People who remain in the amusement park will have no way of escaping until it materializes again on the following day. Upon appearing, La Manchaland expels victims for about 10 minutes and allows entry for around 15 minutes.
