WELCOME TO THE SOCIALIST PEOPLE’S ROYAL REPUBLIC OF BANDOVIA. After the fall of the former Soviet Union, it’s colony “Medved' Sil'nyy” in Northern Siberia survived; and with that, the SPRRB was created. The leader of the colony, Governor Octavius I declared himself emperor and the Socialist (not soviet)  era continued. Now, with a few tweaks, citizens of The Socialist People’s Royal Republic of Bandovia are now well and thriving with their great military and equal economy.
