United Northland Republic, commonly known as Northland, is a country located in Eurasia, specifically in the Caucasus region. It stretches from Eastern Europe to Western Asia, making it a transcontinental country, spanning more than one continent, with most of its territory located in Asia and the remainder in Eastern Europe. Its geography is dominated by mountainous regions, particularly the Greater Caucasus Mountains, making its population unevenly distributed.

The country is well-known for its political system, known for its Authoritarian Islamic Control, Islamic influence over state politics, and Limited Democracy under an Islamic framework governed by the Constitution. The country's economic system is a blend of capitalism, socialism, and an Islamic economic system. The country controls and administers the entire Caucasus.

The country consists of 6 Provinces, each headed by a Elected-Governor which led Provincial Government. The country covers 129,499 km² (50,000 sq mi), making it one of the countries with significant land area in the United Ummah. 

This country connects two seas: the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.

The population of the United Northland Republic reaches 5.3 million people, with the demonym Northlandian. The country's ethnicity is highly diverse, dominated by Caucasians, Arabs, Turks, Russians, Kurds, and others.

The United Northland Republic is a Regional Power in West Asia and possesses a strong military and economic influence, making it a regional power.

The country's military, Northland Armed Forces, is one of the most formidable militaries in Eastern Europe and West Asia.

The country is part of the United Ummah, the strongest Islamic military alliance, and any external threats that threaten national sovereignty will face a decisive response from the Alliance.

The Central Government, together with the Alliance Government, has cooperated in many areas and is committed to collective security and shared prosperity among nations.

United Northland Republic's system of government is officially defined as a Unitary Theocratic Islamic Republic. 

Constitution of the United Northland Republic is the Supreme Law and the Basic System of the Republic, defining the entire government and political system of the Republic.

The state structure of the United Northland Republic is a Centralized Unitary System, where the central government holds supreme power and sovereignty over the entire Republic, with regional governments retaining minimal administrative autonomy.

The country's Democracy Index scores 3.32 Index and classifying it as an Authoritarian Regime in the Democracy Index Classification. 

The country's political system is strongly influenced by Islam, the official religion of the Republic, recognized by the Constitution.

The political system is divided into three branches of government:

Executive Branch, led by the Supreme Leader as Head of State, and the President as Head of Government.

Supreme Leader is First-in-Command and holds supreme power and control over the government. The Supreme Leader is elected by the Council of Experts for a life term. 

President, meanwhile, serves as Second-in-Command and is publicly elected through a presidential election every five years and can serve for three terms, or a total of 15 years. He chairs the National Council of Ministers and the National Public Administration.

Legislative Branch is held by National Parliament, a bicameral legislature chaired by Speaker of the National Parliament and consisting of two legislative chambers:

Senate Assembly, the Upper House of the National Parliament, is chaired by the Chief of the Senate Assembly and the Deputy Chief of the Senate Assembly. This Assembly consists of 128 Senators, elected through a First-Past-the-Post system every five years.

People's Assembly, the Lower House of the National Parliament, is chaired by the Chief of the People's Assembly and the Deputy Chief of the People's Assembly. This Assembly consists of 416 Representatives, elected through a Proportional Representation system every five years.

Judicial Branch is held by the Supreme Court as the highest court at the national level.

The Supreme Court is the highest court at the national level, compared to lower-level courts, and has the final say on cases.

The Supreme Court serves as an appellate court and, in certain cases, may also serve as a court of first instance.

The Supreme Court is chaired by the Chief of Justice and consists of 90 members. 

Each Supreme Court Judge is unilaterally appointed by the Supreme Leader and can be dismissed at any time.

Constitutional Court stands alongside the Supreme Court and serves as the guardian of the Constitution. The Constitutional Court is chaired by the Chief of Constitutional Court and consists of 24 members. Each Constitutional Court justice is also unilaterally appointed by the Supreme Leader and can be dismissed at any time.

In addition to the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, there are other courts at the regional level, including provincial, district, and city levels. United Northland Republic has a National Judicial Commission tasked with overseeing the performance and ethics of each judicial judge.
