This Is Because Estoreasia & Tania Is Having A Border Dispute & There Is Been A Conflict Between The Nations. Due To This, Many Members Both The Governments Doesn't Like Each Other. But Now The Estoreasian Government Is Trying To Strengthen Relationships With Tania. 

Since Estoreasia Is A Friendly, Peaceful & Neutral Country So It Is Important To Maintain Strong Relations With Every Other Nations In This World. So We're Doing.
