Glorious Premier Tiberius Democraticus has Made the Formal Decision to Send the R.P.A. Across the Northern Border for the First Time Since the Armeizkan Revolution.

After receiving the reports about levels of devastation in the former United States following the collapse of The United Imperium, Premier Tiberius expressed great sorrow and remorse to the people left within those lands. He was shown images of entire cities wiped from existence, population centers eviscerated, and the few remaining organized settlements struggling to survive.

As a result, Premier Tiberius made the immediate and charitable decision to send the Revolutionary People's Army across the northern border. The Army will be tasked with occupying territory of the following former U.S. States:

• Georgia
• Alabama
• Louisiana
• Mississippi
• Texas
• Arizona
• New Mexico
• Southern California

The army brings with them supplies of food, clean drinking water, medical supplies, and equipment to survive and clear any remaining radiation in populated regions. They also bring with them literature, and a new message of Revolutionary fervor that previously was inaccessible to them due to the tyrannical reign of  The United Imperium.

Premier Tiberius has planned to fully incorporate these states into Rimskaya as fully-functioning provines by the turn of the century, with new regional capital cities planned to each be built in a year's time.

 

The Great Premier, who has overseen a new expansion of Rimskaya's military with the production of two fully-operational nuclear weapons, has shown himself to be a competent and caring leader. His means of advancing Rimskaya whilst calming the population and ensuring them of their safety shows how he is a benevolent ruler, who will lead our great nation to the future through scientific methodology and military power.

The Revolutionary People's Army has orders to attack anyone who dares oppose our liberation operation, and considering the state of the world, the Glorious Premier has echoed their warning to all states left after the apocalypse.
