Some People Just Don't Learn: Declaration of War on Kasa Free State

OOC: I was trying to have a nice day. I really was. Unfortunately some idiot doesn't realize that violating the sovereignty of any JGP member nation is going to give them a much bigger headache than the one I have just received.

The United Imperium does not tolerate violations of its sovereignty in any way, shape or form. The blatant attempt of the KFS to illegally invade Kolakia has invoked the mutual defense clause of the JGP, and thus the United Imperium is now at war. The Middle East and Africa Theater Commands are now making preparations for a strike on the KFS homeland. 

Of course, KFS has sent 150 thousand troops, 700 IFVs, 240 artillery units, and 300,000 logistics personnel to the North American continent. Our current intelligence indicates that they are currently in the middle of the Atlantic, and that in ideal conditions, are likely to arrive on Kolakian by Christmas 2094 (OOC: December 10, 2023, 2:00 AM server time). The United Imperium will make sure that this does not happen. The Atlantic and Mediterranean Fleets are currently moving to sink the KFS contingent. Our overwhelming naval superiority, in both terms of technology, and in terms of size, will win the day. Air superiority is currently being established over the Atlantic. Satellites are triangulating the exact position of the KFS fleet. We have the edge in every facet of combat possible, and we will win the day before KFS ever makes it to Kolakia. The enemy will not make landfall. 

We will, of course, make sure that the C2 modules of KFS are not able to operate. AFTC (Africa Theater Command) and METC (Middle East Theater Command) are both preparing for strikes against critical military infrastructure in the KFS homeland. Currently, targeted strike packages are dealing devastating damage against KFS early warning and C3 assets in the homeland. Initial SEAD operations are taking place so as to neutralize the enemy IADS network (which at this moment doesn't seem to be a thing that exists). Smaller contingents from ASTC (Asia Theater Command) and EUTC (European Theater Command) are being relocated to bases in the region ahead of preparation for a large scale invasion of KFS. 

If Kolakia has civil unrest, that is their prerogative to deal with. The internal affairs of the Kolakians are of no concern to foreign powers. It is clear that KFS has no regard for peace, and the arrival of their invasion fleet is very clearly an act of war that will not be tolerated by the United Imperium. We will not yied, and we will not fall. Our allies can rely on us in their time of need. For our allies, yes this does trigger our MDP. But don't lose too much sweat. Our victory is assured.

This is our ultimatum now to KFS: We have stared down the Soviets. We have obliterated the Colombians. We have assassinated the Iberian head of state. We stood up against Fellorossian aggression. We do not care how powerful you are (although you are not powerful at all). Unless you turn back your forces now, we will obliterate you. The last nation that made the mistake of trying to invade us never made landfall. Many of your countrymen will never see the light of day if you continue this course of action. Turn back now, and you will be spared. Continue, and you will face a violent and bloody defeat. Choose wisely. 

OOC: It should be noted that KFS has no intelligence agency in game. They've basically thrown virtually the entirety of their military into a flotilla in the middle of the Ocean. They have almost no troops left to defend their homeland. No Iron Dome, no VDS. So I don't see any way in RP that KFS could actually win this war. I'll probably have one APSA & one UEC moderator for this war just to keep everything nice and smooth.

OOC UPDATE: KFS HAS CALLED OFF THE INVASION OF KOLAKIA. WAR HAS ENDED IN THE UNITED IMPERIUM VICTORY.
