What was the point of sending 1 million M-16s? At best they have 200,000 troops at the moment. 5 M-16s per soldier ig?

Latest mod approved estimates of the Coalition and Rimskayan combat numbers & statuses: 

1.8 million coalition troops in active service in Floridawith 4 million total troops across all fronts vs 200000 Rimskayan personnel (including conscripts/reservists and accounting for Rimskayan losses during intial strikes of the conflict)

23000 Coalition aircraft vs 600 Rimskayan aircraft (latest numbers account for attainment of coalition air superiority & strikes against Rimskayan Air Bases, maintenance hubs, supply depots, & early warning facilities)

Coalition maintains a fleet approximately 2500 ships in size while Rimskayan fleet currently sits at around 50-100 (latter figure is per Rimskaya & corroborated by mods) and naval mining of the entirety of Florida is almost complete (latest approved figure is 80%)

In terms of intelligence, we maintain satellite capabilites, whilst Rimskaya's early warning and radar have been crippled. In addition, they have sustained severe cyberattacks, meaning massive amounts of military and civilian infrastructure have been lost on the Rimskayan side of affairs. This means that Rimskayan fighters are essentially blind.

Their civilian infrastructure has sustained heavy damage, with fires engulfing massive swathes of the Floridian region. Power & consistent access to food, water, and other basic necessities are functionally nonexistent inside Rimskayan territory.

Systems redundancy implementation has been a success for the Coalition, meaning that sabotage will be far less effective now.

Notes on diplomacy: the size of the Coalition is over 240 cities at this point, with more nations sending supplies or providing general allyship. 

TL;DR Rimskaya is massively outnumbered in every possible facet of combat, it's dumb to send 1 million M-16s to a country with 200k soldiers, and seeing as both Melon and Uchama are both midgets, you would be wise to leave Beans alone since you don't want to deal with the allies of Beans (aka me, who is twice as big as both of you combined and could easily sustain a defensive war against the both of you even as the overwhelming majority of our forces fighting Rimskaya).

Also all above mentioned statuses have been approved by our mods Luna and Rodevs.

@United Imperium, Rimskayan Citizens will also need Guns to defend themselves in case of your side killing citizens. Also me and Uchama are not midgets, We own much of the world, also I am allied with both Iberia and RoDevs. We are just aiding a country in need.

Suuure becasue its so easy to master the use of the M-16 in active combat from scratch (forget about specialization in urban combat!). Good luck with that. Also, how are you planning on get past our blockade? Unless you magically can pull 2000 ships from nowhere and somehow can engage in extensive anti-naval mining operations unlike anything seen in human history, you ain't doin jack, let's be real. 

Also in rp ur smaller than Beanstopia still and Uchama is tinier with no influence to speak of. Frankly I had never heard of Uchama before this point. Plus you would be dealing with a coalition of me, Rodevs (Rodevs is also allied to me, don't forget), Cruzeiro and more nations. I'd rest assured knowing that I alone could probably beat the two of you with 1/10th of my active duty military, and with the backing of such a large coalition... yeah you're not getting close. Give it up.
