The War is Over

The War is at an end. 

Rimskaya has sent the first of a series of payments to [REDACTED] as reparation to the Empire of America. The first payment totals $14 million, out of $45 million due. The payments will be made top priority, including over the reconstruction of the country. therefore, anyone willing to send resources should please do so, as well as anyone willing to help repay the debt. We will pay back a loan, given time, although it would cripple our nation for the foreseeable future.

The Rimskaya Revolutionary Council (R.R.C.) has, with permission, agreed to remain in power until the country is fully repaired and our foreign relations sorted out. Once complete, power will be transferred back to Democraticus. From there, Rimskaya shall dedicate all time and effort to "Project Aequitas" as it progresses further towards its alliance.

Democraticus himself managed to survive the war with only minor injuries, and chose to remain on the former frontline until he is called back to retake the Commissar position.

To repeat, at this time, Rimskaya is requesting resources in foreign aid, and money to help repay our debt, currently standing at $31 million remaining.

Rimskaya shall rise again. Someday.
