King Surfer Captain Good Vibes today announced the acquisition of a nuclear capability. This will be used for deterrence purposes only. King Surfer commends the nation and its great scientific effort that has led to the creation of its nuclear industry. This National Project was undertaken in great secrecy and was in response to the ANZAC nation having been struck with a nuclear weapon during Global War that devastated the country.

It is hoped other nations will consider carefully before attacking the ANZAC nation with the deployment of its first nuclear weapon.

The nuclear deterrence provided by this defence will allow the ANZAC nation to develop further and will ensure peace for future generations. The ANZAC nation renounces 'First Use' and will only 'Respond in Kind' or if the nation if faced with destruction by other means.
