When the second Russian civil war ended in a Bloody toll, the Black Baron became Leader once more, previously the head of the Black Army of the Whites, it was the remnants of the defeated White Tsarist loyalist forces of the first revolution of Vladimir Leninin.

Vladimir Kirilimir is a dictator like all others, brutal, repressive, uncaring, even if he claims himself to be a servant of the Tsar, Tsar Nikolai III.

Despite the fact that the state is highly oppressive, destructive, and uncaring for the general civillian "Poor" Populace, the people keep on living, and theres a whisper of revolution in the air... and an conspiracy that even the Young Tsar Is involved in....
