The Independent Territories of the National Sovereign Union (NSU) is a fascist dictatorship forged under the supreme authority of The Commissioner, who reigns as both leader and embodiment of the State. Founded in Year 1 of the Commissioner’s Reawakening, the Union rejects democracy, freedom, and disorder, replacing them with hierarchy, obedience, and calculated permanence. With a population of 481,816 across 3,350 square miles and 4,300 infrastructure units, the NSU maintains perfect internal control, zero pollution, and near-universal approval. The economy, based on extreme right-wing nationalist policy, rejects foreign influence and functions solely to serve the will of the state. The Zeni—its sovereign currency—is closed, regulated, and immune to market corruption.

The Union Armed Authority is structured into Ground, Aerial, and Maritime Forces—commanded respectively by Deputy Marshal Commander Takeshi, Aerial Commander Buttanama, and Grand Admiral Arashi.
