It has indeed been a very vibrant day. Beyond even just the lively atmosphere near the Robstauxn Fridayball field, bands have also performed in the streets of Cxeftero, boosting street volumes and commerce. On the students off time post-arrival but pre-performance, they were able to tour the country while staying in hotels, funded by the state of La Punta as a curteousy.

Excitingly, the Santa Catarina State High School Band did make the decision to have the students in La Punta regroup and perform. They are saddened for the many they left in Igua-Sul, but go on wishing to make their country proud. They especially had toured the streets of Drejku, Cxeftero, Robstauxn, Korpus Kristi, and Jusxnigorod before the competition.

Simiarly, Great Atlas High School's band had arrived a whole week early to avoid inconveniences caused by the global war and regional one. They took a route through Cxeftero to Korpus Kristi, than to Jxejmsburgo, Rosburgo, and Maliglesia. One Hush student we asked said that it was "a surreal experience" to be in Maliglesia.

But anyways, after a especially exhausting day for the performers...The results of the 2072 Robstauxn Marching Band Festival are in after a rough day of judging.

And finally, what you have all been waiting for…the 1st place marching band in the Robstauxn Marching Band Festival…Bob K High School of Rickton from Muffiny! A recording of their performance is below.

As the grand champions of this competition, Muffiny will be awarded $100,000. Prime Minister Vjilk appeared to give a speech to all the spectators:

“I want to thank all participating nations for attending. And I want to thank all viewers for either tuning in via the internet or making the effort to come here by either flight or ship. It is the utmost honor for you all to be in our presence. More than anything, today reveals our unity in music of all forms.” There was applause and then the bands went to their hotels, ready to leave the country tomorrow morning.

A small issue did come about which we will release an article about in the morning. Good night La Punta, and thank you for tuning in.

Your nation hadn't submit an application, but some of your citizens still did travel to see the event!

Also, you know what. I'm proud of Santa Catarina. They came in just behind Williamsbourg with 30% of their band missing.

I am actually pretty impressed. Not a single band did outright "bad", each brought a world class quality of performance.

Well, even with us winning 9th, the students report back with great experiences. Hopefully, in the coming years, our musically literate Puntan immigrants can help boost our nation's music industry and get us a higher place.
