 2nd Imperial Order of My Little Union is born

Almost a decade after its collapse, My Little Union is reborn. The nations official title is the 2nd Imperial Order of My Little Union. Other names of the 2nd Imperial Order of My Little Union are, of course, My Little Union, and the MLU. The leader of the MLU is Empress Twilight Sparkle. 

When it comes to the new governmental system, this is it:

*The Monarchy controls the entire executive branch -> the Judicial branch is shared 50/50 by an elected govt -> Legislative is solely civilian/elected. The Monarchy can serve (realistically) for life (Polish system). After three decades, the new monarch is elected.* 

The firstborn of Empress GENERICNAME will be positioned as the successor, HOWEVER in a 2/3rds vote, the royal court (dukes/barons/etc) can vote for who gets to be Empress. 

Usually, the King will have some form of backing as there are many sworn nobility (Nobles that owe him DIRECT fealty rather than just being standard feudal lords).*

Semi-MDP with Korean SGP and the Dutch Republic

Due to the fact that the Dutch and the Korean SGP wished to improve relations with (the now) MLU, they asked Empress Twilight Sparkle for a Semi-MDP to protect the MLU form the Marchant Republic if need be. On May 12, 2097, the leaders of each nation signed the Semi-MDP.
