Response to Dutch Anti-Uchamese law

Recently on the 20th of December, Our neighbors to the North, The Netherlands, have passed laws that discriminate against the great Uchamese race. The law states:
 

• The borders with the nation of Uchama are closed down, and the construction of a new defense line along the border begins immediately. Any Uchaman citizen found crossing the border will be detained and deported back to their homeland.

Uchamese citizens may not be permitted to leave, but the statements are still around. In response to this, Uchama will be increasing the military presence on the defense line on the Dutch border, and will be rounding up every Dutch person in Uchama and putting them in Rehabilitation camps, to learn to be good Uchamese citizens. If they fail, they will be executed.
