   The Graveyard Fleet has made the decision to move the Mediterranean Fleet from Europe to the Caribbean, also relocating laser equipped submarines and reconnaissance vessels to New OIsztyn, the Panama Canal, and the mid-Atlantic. The Graveyard Fleet will still operate three laser equipped nuclear submarines in The Med, as well two cruisers and one destroyer in Cameroon.

      The Graveyard Fleet has been loaned 10 Billion USD by the Canadian Federation over a five to eight year period at 1% annual interest. The Graveyard Fleet will use this funding, as well as funding recieved by MOZAC in a new contract presumed to be in East Africa, worth 2.8 Billion USD. This funding will be used to fund military research and expanding oil operations. Oil remains a lucrative market for developing economies, mostly in South America, Africa, and North America. 

      The Graveyard Fleet has declared luna an APSA guaranteed state, promising to protect the Greenlandic nation from all threats.

      Gargoza is confirmed to have recovered from his assassination attempt after receiving excellent care in New OIsztyn, according to the Health ministry of the New OIsztyn PMC. After approving a brutal military crackdown of ongoing riots and protests in Hispanoila, and following mass arrests and bombing of Clo associated homes; The Fleet Republic's main security agency declared that whilst social tensions remained high, most unrest had been contained and that it had apprehended the perpatrators of the Martha Juarez District Hospital bombing, which killed hundreds of medical workers and sick.

      The Graveyard Fleet is working in joint collaboration with the NBF to develop a new EMP missile that can evade, "Even the most advanced of modern naval anti missile systems." According to the senior R&D advisor to the Fleet and lead of SBCON Military Software Technologies. The Graveyard Fleet said it would decrease the dollar award given to SBCON due to past failures with the development of a doppler-radar-evading fighter jet. Full details have not been disclosed (also cause I need to do more research bout this stuff and I dont know much about how this field of science/military works so forgive me, TUI is god fr) 

      The Graveyard Fleet claims these missiles will be designed to deflect radar energy, keeping the number of surfaces of the missile to a minimum. Additionally, the missiles will be designed to coordinate attacks at pin-point accuracy with other missiles at high frequencies. This will be deployed with a multitude of other technologies to ensure that the missiles have 100% accuracy and can hit their targets before being intercepted. Insert words I didn't know existed until today that loosely are related to this.

      In the meanwhile, more rudimentary EMP missiles with less powerful capabilities, especially but not only of that in radar related technology, have been placed in remote locations in the Caribbean and off the Panama Canal.

      In other news, the Soviet counter-offensive in Cameroon has stalled after Soviet forces captured Yaounde; This is the result of the bombings of most road and rail networks across the SPT, following Soviet intelligence failures that confirmed the Soviets planned to move troops through Sedrosia to re-enforce the front. The Graveyard Fleet fully intends to starve the Soviets in Cameroon until a peace deal is reached; speaking of which, the Graveyard Fleet disclosed it was in the process of organizing a peace deal with the Soviets, slated for November 25th

      Finally, also in Cameroon, Cameroonian liberation fighters attacked Soviet forces at Bafoussam, bringing urban warfare to the city and attacking a critical command center for the Soviets, and much of the Soviet ammunition and food stockpiles for the ongoing war effort. Rebels have not taken control of the city, but according to local sources; have taken control of the outskirts and have recieved Graveyard Fleet air support via the bombing of Soviet military locations, in addition to the bombing of Soviet artillery assets.
