Treaty with Zetenka/Ukraine calls for a free Belgium

After many months of war, Ukraine and Zetenka have seemingly reached a peace agreement this Treaty of Sevastopol shall help in securing peace in Europe. Without further ado here is that treaty.

Treaty of Sevastopol

Zetenka:

• Zetenka is to never again attempt to control southern Ukraine as it has in the past
• the current absolute monarchy of Zetenka is to be transfered to a constitutional monarchy (no more monarchist dictatorship but Zetenka may keep old traditions)
• NAP between Zetenka, Ukraine, and the Union (assuming Soviet actually signs the treaty)
• No more Slave trade or slave ships (just thought id throw this in here since Zetenka already claims to have stopped with the slaves and I might as well make it official)

Ukraine:

• Ukraine shall pay for damage to Zetenka caused by the war (I am the aggressor after all)
• Ukraine offers an economic pact to Zetenka to help build its economy
• should Zetenka remain friendly to Ukraine and its allies and abide by the treaty, Ukraine shall guarantee Zetenkan independence
• Zetenkan trade ships shall be able to access certain Ukrainian trade ports (provided they don't come with ill intent)

With this treaty signed and the war seemingly over, peace may finally wash over Eastern Europe and more senseless death has been avoided

Ukraine shows support for Belgian independence

With the war against Zetenka reaching its climax peace washes over Europe... or so the people thought for on the other end of Europe there is a people experiencing the very definition of oppression. Belgium was long ago a thriving economy in Europe and had kept its independence for many years despite the horrors experienced under German occupation. However in recent years, this was changed as the New Dutch State and German Federation have split this country down the middle. A once thriving people now under the rule of both masters they once fought to rid themselves of. Ukraine sees this and says Enough! Our new leader Colonel Tytovsky has seen this fact and is proud to announce his support for Belgium in this trying time even quoted as shouting "Free Belgium" during a speech to his people. As this sentiment rises in Ukraine and distrust for the German Federation due to apparent border issues and Union funding being driven towards aid in British Venezuela rather than domestic improvements, Ukraine calls for the German Federation to free Belgium from its oppressive rule and that if Germany really believes in self-determination, they will accept, or reveal their hypocrisy.
