UMR war ends successfully

UMR is completely voided by Meg but because a war started and it should stop because I Am not a Fail RP country like him. I dont want to give him attention but it is what it is thanks

It has been announced by the Ministry of Foreign affairs that the UMR VS Meg war ended successfully with the win of The Meg forces. 

In the Report the Ministry made it clear that not one citisen was harmed and the surrending soldiers were done some process before freeing them.

This morning the UMR - Meg war ended successfully with the win of our nation. We should make it clear that we did not harm normal citizens or surrending soldiers. 

2,349,394,298 $ were raided in the invasion

The ministry of foreign affairs annoucned that from now on our forces will get back home. All Megisians In UMR are made to leave the country immideatly. No counsil, or diplomats will be sent. Meg will from now on not consider UMR a sorveign state. 

TREATY OF SINGAPORE

1. Meg will remove its forces from the land there
2. UMR VS MEG war stops 
3. For every Megisian Soldier that was killed an amount of 100k $ will be given to the family of his. 
4. Every vehicle destroyed will be paid. 
5. Every resource used for the attack will be given as money back to Meg 
6. All money raided by Meg will be kept (2,3 billion $) 
7. UMR gives 4 billion $ to Meg 
8. Non aggression Pact for 5 years

As we (I.B.O.M. web) have heard this is the treaty that the Ministry of Foreign affairs has posted. We can see the signatures of the Meg side but not The UMR so we dont know for sure how official it is. Thats the Unofficial treaty but generals told us that UMR doesnt want to make a treaty so thats why the Ministry Decided to create an Unofficial one so there is a treaty in the whole situation.
