On the Move Again!

As Augustus prepares Rimskaya for a long period of internal stability, he has decided to take upon the mission left behind by his father during The Great Liberations of Rimskaya's current domain.

The order has been given for the newly named Revolutionary People's Army to cross the border of Rimskayan Guatemala into southern Mexican lands, with the goal of reaching the former U.S.-Mexico border at the most, Mexico City at the least.

At the same time, the R.P.A. has, despite former statements against such, begun moving into Georgia and Alabama, with the intention of taking the American South, aside from Virginia. Commissar Augustus has announced that only claims of states with positive relations to Rimskaya will be recognised and retreated from upon request.

Augustus has reaffirmed Rimskaya's vow to never seek land beyond the American continents for the state, but at the same time reaffirmed the army's commitment to revolutions anywhere in the world, reading aloud the mission statement of the new Revolutionary People's Armed Forces:

"Marxist doctrine has defined our future as an armed revolutionary organization. And if the Commissar is our Red-Commander-in-Chief and we are his Red Army, who can stop us? First we will make Rimskaya Marxist from inside out and then we will help the working people of other countries make the world red...and then beyond."

Augustus has ordered all peoples in the new lands shall be treated as equally as any Rimskayan citizen should, and promptly given proper living conditions, and incorporated into the Rimskayan Socialist economy, as well as establishing new locally elected governments, and schools to educate the people.
