Luna declares war on Guoryou!

Alright, then, Guoryou, you want to harm our endangered species, attempt fracking in Greenland, come DANGEROUSLY CLOSE to our territory and more?

Two can play at that game :)

TIME TO INVADE THE COLONY, I SEE?

We're sending in almost our entire military to claim the area currently occupied by this colony, because we don't appreciate pollution, fracking and massive environmental damage in Greenland or anywhere else.

But, truly, we have another reason for this war: we will not stand for the constant threats to our nation!

You threaten to burn Luna to the ground and murder our civilians?

Well, we will...

Actually, we will NOT do that, because we're GOOD PEOPLE who care about the lives of innocent civilians who did nothing to deserve that. Which is why we declare war on you, but there shall be NO WAR CRIMES committed by Luna, as we're strongly against that sort of stuff.

We call our allies and friends to stand by us as we protect our nation from the threats and damages caused by Guoryou, and we hope that they will stand beside us as we fight.

And, Guoryou, don't even think about using your biological weapons again -- our citizens have evacuated high risk areas and are mostly safe, and we have cures developed for most diseases you could try. We have our own weapons, in fact...

BUT WE CHOOSE NOT TO USE THEM-

Again, because we don't like war crimes :)

TL;DR: We declare war on Guoryou because we're tired of their threats to our nation and will not put up with this any longer :)

Out of RP note: If this becomes another global war, let me just preemptively say that I'll be IMMEDIATELY pulling out of the war and stopping this at once if it starts getting to be REALLY bad again (like the NADP-PCDP-AFC war did in the end), so... well, don't make it get to that point, please.
