The people of Arcadia, one could say, weren't surprised when the bomb hit.
It was, as always, devastating, with over a hundred thousand people dead and tons of infrastructure gone.
But this time, something changed.
The weapon targeted Arcadia's main vulnerability: the city's nuclear power plant.
When the plant was hit, radiation spread across the city, even more than it would have otherwise, and the city lost all power, making the once glorious city practically unlivable.
People evacuated to nearing cities, and the war is ongoing; the nation fears that Meridia, the newest, largest and most impressive city, could be the next target if another weapon is launched, despite already being ravaged by war.
Our efforts to mitigate all pollution in Luna have been harmed once again. While our recycling centers are safe, they cannot do anything against radiation, and therefore are useless in this situation.
Luna's government has called to the nations of the world to provide resources in order to help us rebuild this massive damage, and hopefully to power Arcadia once again.
That is, once this blockade ends :(

Real me: Yeah, oof for that, I did get nuked and lost around 300 infra in Nagasaki. I was told by Zustrich that I was lucky and once I heard what nukes do, I quite agree.

And, Japanese Isles, 9/10 of my nukes eaten were in attrition wars. So, well, I've lost a ton of infrastructure there.

I've said it multiple times: I have a very good reason why I cannot get Discord, which I'd prefer not to explain. I see why it's important but I really can't get it, and I wish it were easier to play this game without it.
