In understandable anger, Dreamistan has expressed anger about the war that has been waged against it.

In it's anger-expressing bulletin, Dreamistan commended La Punta for not participating in an attack against Dreamistan. And to that, our honest response is, that we have no reason to. We have been historically indifferent about Dreamistan, but after seeing this recent "gang r@pe" of Dreamistan, I feel a level of sympathy for them. Especially after we were just raided ourselves. Us participating in a war would not have been good for either of us, let alone practical. There is no real point to following bulletin actions with in-game ones. As long as the bulletins are kept realistic, plenty can be delivered through bulletins alone.

This situation is not particularly great for Igua-Sul either, as it has now been kicked out of it's alliance LATAM. In my honest opinion, I'm cringing at that. If I were Igua-Sul, I would've definitely declared war, just not in-game. It would've been a "bulletin" war, not unlike the standoff between Igua-Sul and Williamsbourg. I would've surely raided and destroyed Hua Labs, just not displaying that using any in-game methods.

Dreamistan's roleplay has honestly made me cringe before due to it's unrealism, but Igua-Sul's roleplay is flat out- dangerous, not just to others, but to it's own continued existence. That's coming from someone who's rigid about roleplay.

Except, my personal "goal" in roleplay is just to make my nation feel real, to really immerse a reader into the life of a Puntan citizen, to be able to feel like one.

I especially feel bad because Dreamistan's absence comes from COVID. I remember when I personally came down with COVID, and fortunately, it wasn't that bad for me and I even had some more time to focus on P&W. That's very lucky considering my weight of over 230 pounds(too lazy to do the metric conversion right now). But that sore throat was hell, and I would not wish that on anyone. Based off of Dreamistan's absence, I assume they may've had a hospital visit. I hope that Dreamistan's actual "author" is doing well health-wise.

This is all just a game, but one most of us have already devoted hours of our life too. And one of the most valuable things about someone's life, is their time. Dreamistan is surely more than annoyed about having to rebuild entire cities. That's why I hate pirates so much. Besides destroying progress, they also cause you to lose more of your time.

I'm sorry for how disorganized my writing is, but I wanted to make a point. Don't roleplay in this specific comments section, honest opinions and discussions would be appreciated. Maybe if it goes right, we could cool down global tensions.

@PumaCadogan as the person who was plotting to "attack Igua-Sul", I would like to clarify some confusion. First, I had no intentions of allowing Dreamistan to attack Igua-Sul. I needed to convince Dreamistan to raise their military in order to get them into my war range. Second, yes, I have been planning this war for a very long time, and I believe that this conflict is justified. And no, it is not because of the sunk-cost fallacy. It is because Dreamistan has a very long history of exaggerating rp to such a fantastical degree that an rp war would do nothing (see the Jungle Storm Coalition taking down Hua Labs and then Dreamistan randomly making Hua Labs have X trillion tons of bioweapons). Therefore, an in-game war would be the only objective way to settle a difference. Although I agree that the usage of nuclear weapons should be restricted to Arrgh nuking contracts and last resorts in Global Wars. Even in war, there is a time to use restraint. In no way will I condone the nuclear weapon usage by Igua-Sul on a weakened Dreamistan, but this war is necessary in order to set aside differences in as impartial a way as the game can allow.

What is this bs, I never plotted to attack Igua-Sul, second giving Hua Labs 1 trillion bioweapons WAS IN RESPONSE TO YOU AND YOUR FREINDS IGUA-SUL AND FRS Attacking me, i just got so pissed. You have no justifitcation, plus read my article about United Imperium. U even told me igua-sul was going to attack me, just so I could buy military and get in your war range. The truth honestly is u have no economy, u wanted my money, u took advantage of my unpopularity, to invade.
