1. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn is a socialist state of workers and peasants.
2. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn establishes and enforces the dictatorship of the proletariat through the People's Council.

Guiding Principles:

1. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn is guided by the science of Marxism.
2. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn shall follow a federal single-party socialist framework. The leading and guiding force of the Eldor society and the nucleus of its political system, of all state organizations and public organizations, is the Communist Party of Eldorwyn (Marxist-Leninist). The CPE-ML exists for the people and the collective.
3. The global goal for the Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn is to uphold the Marxist Leninist system and to strive for the abolition of capitalism through discussions, criticisms, diplomacy, or by force if need be.

The Red Book of Constitution:

Preamble

We, the united people of Eldorwyn, guided by the principles of unity, collectivism, and progress, to secure the sovereignty of the workers' state, ensure the equitable distribution of resources, and safeguard the socialist revolution, having pledged to defend and expand the science of Marxism across the world while abolishing the vestiges of oppression, inequality, and exploitation, do hereby establish this constitution.

Chapter I: The State and Governance

Article 1: Supreme Authority of the State

1. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn is the sole governing authority, acting in the interest of the proletariat and the collective good.
2. All political power is centralized in the People's Council, led by the People's Premier, who is the guardian of the socialist state and the executor of the people's will.
3. No external or internal force shall undermine the integrity and supremacy of the Government of the Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn.

Article 2: The People's Council

1. The People’s Council is the highest legislative and executive body, comprising representatives from industrial, agricultural, and military sectors.
2. The People's Premier is elected from within the Council and serves indefinitely, subject only to the will of the People’s Congress.
3. The Council has the power to enact laws, manage the economy, and maintain order, ensuring the supremacy of socialist ideals.

Article 3: The People's Congress

1. The People's Congress shall comprise workers, soldiers, and intellectuals elected by regional councils.
2. The People's Congress shall convene annually to review government policies, ensuring alignment with the needs of the proletariat.
3. The People's Congress may propose amendments and vote on critical national policies.

Article 4: The Defense of the Revolution

1. The People's Guard and the Revolutionary Army shall defend the Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn against all threats, foreign and domestic.
2. Any attempt to restore capitalism or undermine the socialist order shall be treated as treason.
3. The state maintains the right to preemptive action against counter-revolutionary threats.

Chapter II: Rights and Duties of Citizen

Article 5: Rights of the People

1. Every citizen has the right to work, education, healthcare, and housing.
2. Freedom of speech is guaranteed insofar as it does not contradict the principles of socialism.
3. Citizens are granted the right to participate in political decision-making through regional councils and public assemblies.

Article 6: Duties of the People

1. Every citizen must contribute labor to the state according to their ability.
2. Citizens must actively participate in political life and report any anti-revolutionary activities.

Chapter III: Economic Policy and Resource Distribution

Article 7: Collective Ownership 

1. All means of production, land, and natural resources are the collective property of the people, administered by the state.
2. Private ownership of industries, businesses, and large-scale commerce is abolished by law.
3. Economic planning is directed by the Central Economic Bureau, serving under the Ministry of Finance and Commerce, to ensure sustainable growth and equitable distribution.

Article 8: Industrial and Agricultural Planning

1. The state shall operate a planned economy, with all industries and farms contributing to national development.
2. Workers shall receive fair wages and benefits proportional to their contributions.
3. Technological advancements are directed toward the betterment of society.

Chapter IV: International Relations and Socialist Expansionism

Article 9: Global Proletarian Solidarity

1. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn hereby commits to supporting socialist movements worldwide, providing military, financial, and ideological assistance where necessary.
2. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn shall limit relations with capitalist nations to solely strategic advantage and economic necessity.
3. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn shall actively counter imperialist and reactionary forces wherever they arise.

Article 10: Diplomatic and Military Policy

1. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn maintains a policy of non-recognition toward capitalist and imperialist regimes.
2. The Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn shall only forge alliances with socialist or worker-led governments.
3. Military expansionism and revolutionary support are central to the foreign policy of the Socialist Dictatorship of Eldorwyn, ensuring the global triumph of socialism.

Chapter V: Religion and State

Article 11: Abolition of Religious Influence

1. The state is officially atheist and rejects all forms of religious governance.
2. Religious institutions are prohibited from interfering in political, educational, and social matters.
3. Places of worship may exist only under strict state regulation, ensuring they do not undermine socialist principles.

Chapter VI: Amendments and Enforcement

Article 12: Amending the Constitution

1. Amendments may be proposed by the People's Congress or the People's Council.
2. Any proposed amendment must be ratified by a majority vote in the People's Congress and approved by the People's Premier.
3. The People's Premier maintains the power to veto any proposed amendment if it is deemed counter to the interests of the socialist state.
4. A vetoed amendment may be overturned by a two-thirds majority vote in the People's Congress, followed by final approval from the Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal.
5. No amendment shall contradict the fundamental principles of socialism.

Article 13: Enforcement of the Constitution

1. The Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal ensures adherence to constitutional law and punishes violations against the socialist order.
2. The Ministry of Homeland Security monitors and suppresses counter-revolutionary activities.
3. The constitution is the highest law of the people, unchallengeable and absolute in its authority.
