Denouncing the financiers and company owners as profiteers hoarding Australia’s vast mineral wealth, the rebels seized control of key mining towns and port facilities in a sweeping campaign that toppled the existing government.

Under the iron-fisted leadership of Managing Director Icarus Wyvern, the coalition solidified a Stratocracy, merging military discipline with fascist social policies aimed at restoring “traditional” values. Despite touting itself as a movement “for the people,” the new regime clamped down hard on freedoms, blaming immigrants for economic woes. Laws were passed to slash immigration quotas and deport “undesirables” who lacked proper papers, intensifying the focus on preserving resources solely for native Australians.
