The Black League is the ruling body of Omsk, founded in 1950.

Currently, Field Marshal and potential leader of Omsk is Dmitry Timofeevich Yazov.

Dmitry Yazov is a protégé of Dmitry Karbyshev, the founder of the All-Russian Black League. He succeeds Karbyshev as the Glavkoverkh (Supreme Commander-in-Chief) of Omsk                                    after his death.

Biography

At a relatively young age, Yazov was evacuated to Omsk by the Soviet Union before its capitulation. Dmitry Karbyshev, upon arriving in Omsk, took Yazov under his wing. He was very much involved in the idea of ​​the "Great Judgment", a theoretical war between the !@#$ and Russia, which involved revenge on Russia.

Yazov, however, had his own vision of the Great Judgment, as did his fellow officers.
