History: The Black League is the ruling body of Omsk. It is initially led by Dmitry Karbyshev, who is the oldest head of state, who dies soon after. Dmitry Karbyshev is presented as an ultra-nationalist.

The Black League promotes ardent anti-Germanism and seeks to reclaim Russia's lost territories, such as the Reichskommissariat Muscovy and the Reichskommissariat Caucasus. This theoretical war against Germany, called the "Great Judgment", will most likely lead to a nuclear apocalypse.

Dmitry Yazov is a protégé of Dmitry Karbyshev, the founder of the All-Russian Black League. He succeeds Karbyshev as the Glavkoverkh (Supreme Commander-in-Chief) of Omsk after his death.

Biography
At a relatively young age, Yazov was evacuated to Omsk by the Soviet Union before its capitulation. Dmitry Karbyshev, upon arriving in Omsk, took Yazov under his wing. He was very much involved in the idea of ​​the "Great Judgment", a theoretical war between the Reich and Russia that would involve revenge on Russia.

Yazov, however, had his own vision of the Great Judgment, as did his fellow officers. Fueled by hatred of the Germans, he believed that turning the Great Judgment into a defensive war would be an injustice to all the lives lost to the Reich. As Karbyshev's influence wanes, and with him as the chosen successor, it is only a matter of time before the Great Judgment will be the day when Germany will feel total revenge on Russia.
