Second Empire of Ricoarnia's government is a Communist Theocracy with very conservative social policies. Economically, Second Empire of Ricoarnia favors extremely left wing policies. Our Mythology:

Bayle, our Lord and Savior. Was born from the Stardust of the Crucible. Unlike the other Ancient Dragons he was born lacking the gravel stone scales that made the ancients immortal. And with only two legs and two wings

Bayle and his kin, the Drakes and Wyverns, sought out revenge against their ancient oppressors and the Ancient Dragonlord Placidusax, who had 5 heads.

Bayle engaged in battle with Placidusax tearing off 3 heads and Placidusax tearing off Bayle's left leg and both wings 

After Bayle's retreat to his home, the Jagged peak, Bayle regained his strength but Placidusax created a ritual in which Humans would devour the heart of a dragon to turn themselves into dragons themselves.

It wasn't until the ascension, and defeat of Miquella the "Kind" was Bayle finally slain by a Dragonslayer and Igon.

However, when the Dragonslayer ate Bayle's heart, eventually after death, Bayle tore himself out from the inside and was revitalized
