History:	Moesia was the name of two Roman Provinces located in the Balkan Peninsula, south to the Danube River: Moesia Superior and Moesia Inferior, which were known for Constantine's hometown Naissus(Niš). These two provinces, along with some surrounding minor territories, united under one Tsardom aimimg to a major autonomy and a united Moesian Identity. With the Slavic influence and the expansion of Marxist ideologies in the region, the Tsar was considered symbol of the nation and bringer of equality, instead of a selfish tyrant. Plus, the social and economic changes turned the united monarchical state into a federal apparatus, ensuring even greater freedom. The status of semi-paradise on earth did not last long due to growing corruption, leading to a nationalist uprising, the Tsar was appointed President of the Republic and the Red Council was replaced by a new one made up of military officers.
