The Estrellian Legion Republik is a democratic country, although the demolishment of any party supporting tyrannical, facist, communist, authorative, and other parties which was included in the 2106 ERK allows for the continuous and publicly favored control of one party. Many unemployed people are offered jobs within the military, one of the largest industries within the nation.

The republik gained their territories mostly through purchasing them from other countries. Many criticize the expansion of Estrellia, claiming that it results in the destruction of cultures.
