The Constitution

We, the people of Imperia, the Federal government and the Duke of Rome, establish this Constitution to ensure justice, liberty, and equality for all citizens.

Article I: The federal government shall have limited powers, with all other powers reserved to the Administrations and the people. 

Article II: The right to life, liberty, and property shall not be infringed upon by the federal government.

Article III: All citizens shall have the right to vote and participate in the democratic process.

Article IV: The federal government shall protect the country from foreign threats and provide for the common defence.

Article V: Any amendments to this Constitution shall require the approval of a two-thirds majority of both houses of Congress and the ratification of three-fourths of the Administrations.

Article VI: This Constitution shall be the supreme law of the land, and all government officials shall be bound by oath to uphold it.

Article VII: This Constitution may only be amended through a peaceful and democratic process, and any attempt to overthrow or subvert it shall be considered treason.
