The High Council usually votes after talking Kolakia’s most important issues and things. After voting, the King gets the final say and decision. The High Council members are also the King’s best advisors, notably famous politician and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Albert Morales, and former Chairman (Basically a prime minister) Gryphon Lee.
Lower Council Description: The lower Council’s main purpose is to simply vote or decide how to solve issues through Discussion and debating between it’s 100 Delegates who are all elected to be a delegate by their state. The Lower Council is centered more around democratically making decisions and also more about the Chairman rather than the King.

2091-2092: Volk/Earliest Era. During this “era” of Kolakian history, Kolakia was founded and within a couple of months was officially recognized. It is known as the Volk era because of Kolakia’s beloved founder, Kol Volk, this era ended once Volk was assassinated in 2092.
2092-2093: Instability/Era of King James. During this era, a civil war started days after Kol Volk was assassinated as Anarchists who may have orchestrated the assassination rebelled causing a domino effect, after the war, King James was constitutional monarch and would remain until 2095.
2093-2095: Growing Era. During this era, Kolakia was considered one of the older nations or at least on the older side by a slight margin, but it had not lost any land ever and had done well in securing peace, until politics ruined another 150,000 people’s lives as an election led to King James becoming absolute monarch which led to some people being less than pleased.
2095-2101: The Great Expansion. This is the current era of Kolakia after King James abdicated and left the throne to his son-in-law, a New French Royal, Felix François I. Despite being from a enemy of Kolakia and it’s Allies, after New France collapsed (Or the Yoshowatan Empire, the nation’s name before being destroyed), he felt Kolakia as his home and made the country fiercely nationalistic working hard on the military and also the education of young Kolakians while ALSO greatly expanding Kolakia. Felix is only relatively young at age 31 (As of 2100), but he promises a great future for the country.
2101-Present: The Great Depression. As Kolakia’s future seemed very bright, tensions suddenly erupted into war when New France launched a sudden invasion into Tennessee. Despite Kolakia and it’s Allies’ best efforts, Kolakia was torn apart as many nations jumped on the opportunity taking possibly over half Kolakia’s territory.
May 2091: a large group of Russian-Americans led by Kol Volk settle in Eastern Virginia and eventually form the Union of Kolakia.
May 23rd-26th: The Golden Eagle becomes the National Animal, then May 21st officially becomes Independence Day, and then “The Eagle Banner” becomes National Anthem.
May 23rd: Famous Owen Clark Kol Volk debate.
May 23rd: Kolakia’s second major city after Kolsberg, Kolar, is completed.

June 3rd: Kolakia’s first election takes place and Kol Volk wins
June 2092: Kolakia begins research and construction of new submarines and naval technologies and Bermuda is also annexed after no one responds to Kolakia’s claims on the island.
August: Tensions rise with the Griffonian Empire following the new Empress’s ban on ponies but eventually the ban would be lifted and the countries would become friendly to each other after.
October: Kol Volk is assassinated leading to mass mourning in Kolakia but soon after Civil War erupts.
October 22nd: Anarchists begin launching terror attacks and offensives.
November: The Great American war starts and the Federalists or Kolakian Government send a little over 6,000 troops to fight against New France in Tennessee along with many of it’s allies.
November 16th: By November 16, both Roga and Bermuda are in full-scale rebellion.
December: Little fighting between the Nationalists and Federalists happen after winter begins but the Anarchists continue to be pushed back because of outdated weapons and much less manpower than the Federalists and Beanstopia.
January 8th, 2093: After two global diseases and winter hurts Kolakia very much while it’s also still in a brutal civil war, the “January Depression” hits but luckily it doesn’t last long.
February: The Monarchists and Federalists fully unite to help win the civil war.
April 2093: By mid April all resistance has been crushed and Kolakia is now a constitutional monarchy ruled by King James I and Chairman Gryphon H. Lee and by June Kolakia completely recovers.
June 4th: Prince Christian of Kolakia marries Princess Anastasia of Ioannia securing an alliance with Ioannia.
August (Possibly September): Kolakia sends a total of 1,650 soldiers to help the Confederation of Appaloosa shortly after the 2nd Appaloosan civil starts.
October 11th, 2093: Construction of the first Kolakian transnational railroad starts in Southern Beanstopia.
October 30th: Dispute starts over Nye’s ‘Finger handle’ between the Kolakian states of Nye and Greene.
Early November 2093: After a military coup takes over Kolakia’s Ioannian ally the Ioannian royal family and king flee to Valogor Palace and Kolakia sends troops to help the AFR in it’s civil war.

History:
The Kolakian Armed forces were formed in June 2091 to make sure Kolakia was defended as it was only very young and needed to be safe from bigger foreign threats. General Ridge was the Kolakian army’s first ever major General along with the hole military. In August of 2091 the Kolakian Air Force was officially founded. The Military first saw action in the Beanstopian Civil War after Beanstopia requested military support to drive out the Yeetybois army. The Beanstopian Civil War also saw the armies first ever major encirclement encircling about 50,000 Beanstopian rebels with help from Beanstopian troops too. Beanstopia is often considered Kolakia’s first ever military ally. Each Kolakian army usually has around 15,000 troops.
